and recognize no common societal decency, targeting innocent and women and children for political and ideological purposes.

They are not enemy combatants or prisoners of war.

And as a policing action, when a terrorist is known to or threatens to commit acts of terror, they forfeit the rights afforded decent members of any society.

Abu Khatallah is very lucky to be alive to see a trial.
