It's a control issue. Alert, hide, SCORE! I win!!! I believe that many of the alerts that go for the 'offensive' b.s. are just that, b.s. They want control over a poster and that's the only way to get it. It's the momentary feeling of power.

How anyone in 2014 could have been offended by the word 'dick' is amusing. I'm not a fan of the RP, so I don't read the posts. I also would never in my life voted to hide. I'm frankly pretty tired of the whole thing. Not just the RP battle, but the nipple wars, 'bitch' arguments, etc. I post less and less here. The lack of humor and tolerance is freakin' boring and annoying.
