Oh Yea, all the outrage is more than warranted but i do see something that might be worse if they do get away with it. It's the idea they can rule anyway they want at anytime and nobody or any kind of group will be able to do anything about it. They have pretty much done that before and of late, but now seems like a kind of throw away with nothing to really lose except a small amount of positioning for them.
The payoff is great but the amount they gamble is small, just like a bunch of crooked stock brokers
It's a ruling that says business's needs are more important than the individuals and the only reasoning the business has to give is that is what the business has decided.
