3. Sure it's a waste of time

The things in the ACA they are suing to have implemented on schedule probably will be implemented by the time this plays through the courts. Or the House could get flipped back Democratic in the next few years and they would drop it.

This Administration will be long gone by the time this works through the courts anyway as well. The whole thing is actually kind of boring and I don't see it being a big story 3 months or even a few weeks from now.

Republicans are basically throwing a bone to their base to give the appearance they are fighting the Democrats when we all know it won't lead to squat in the end if it even goes to the first round of court next year, or through appeals, or maybe the SCOTUS in 3-5 years.
