Who passed these laws upon the urging of LEO's in the first place? Who voted for the Patriot Act under BushCo? Who voted to Renew Pat Act/NDAA/FISA etc and use Our tax dollars to Refund it - over and over again? Who extended Sentencing? Who voted to create New laws to make felons out of people for crap that used to be considered "Public Nuisance"?
Who "ok'd" funding for the 1033 programs?
