16. Yeah, I would like to see individual proof before firing

I believe there is sufficient evidence to fire the police chief. I also believe there is sufficient evidence against many officers to fire them.

However, I am absolutely shocked there are people on DU advocating a certain treatment of people SOLELY because of the group they are in. I do not think we should be firing employees (government employees, no less) without a shred of evidence that did anything wrong.
