We are trying to hang on to the New Deal programs, environmental protection, public education, American manufacturing jobs, corporate responsibility, scrutiny of Wall Street criminals, a progressive tax structure and we would like to end the doctrine of perpetual war.
There is nothing hard left about that. What we want is actual centrism.
