They always want taxcuts. They want these American companies that have made billions overseas in the last decade to be able to bring their profits back to the security of the US banking system without paying any taxes at all.

Also, they want the Keystone XL pipeline. They are always looking for ways to embrace Big Oil.

These are their two biggest desires.

If the President and the Democrats have any plans to give these gifts to the Republicans, they should get something in return other than simply showing they are a Party willing to compromise work with Republicans. That is giving up and getting nothing in return. This is a time for Democrats to look for tough negotiators.
