that black people especially (who oddly enopugh have the highest rate of petrolum caused cancer in the state, hmmm) should just suck it up while the Oil industry sets up yet a third oil disaster in a decade, one that could dwarf katrina and Deepwater Horizon (both of which blacks and other minorties still bore the brunt of?)?
Environmental rights are civil rights, because you cannot excercise civil liberties if you cannot drink the water or afford your chemotherapy!
