it wasn't news, but now it is. Why? There's no new lawsuit, and the last one was apparently settled nine years ago. And the fresh stories coming out are presumably the result of reporters phoning and asking. As for the comedy routine, it's interesting, but unless he said it during a Superbowl broadcast, I don't see how it could have sparked the Cosby take-down. There are a lot of comics saying a lot of stuff and this is the first I've heard of Hannibal Buress.
