- When you PURPOSEFULLY EXCLUDE THOSE WITH HIGHER IQs from your ranks. When you hire those suffering from PTSD based upon prior unresolved emotional trauma from the conflict of war and then place them into life-threatening and decision-making circumstances. When your base applicants are already AUTHORITARIANS since they are being hired by AUTHORITARIANS. And they're as RACIST as this country has demonstrated itself to be so clearly these past few years.
