...because I can show you, for instance, how Jeb Bush's China investments directly benefited him.

These donations are being represented as personal donations to the Clintons and even as campaign donations. It's a sleazy political smear and it doesn't even attempt to track where the money is spent by the charitable organization or make any attempt at all to outline what the foundation does. I'll admit there is an appearance of impropriety (the keystone donations should be returned, imo, but I think she and Kerry both support the pipeline and Kerry actually has investments related to Keystone), but I think this line of attack is mostly about innuendo and smear, rather than illegality or actual wrongdoing. It's the conservative's line-of-attack du jour today, so you're walking in some muddy footprints.
