but from the first impressions look that city looks impressive.
He has been known to be impressed by things like that, the looks of a place. He's made similar comments about the skyline of Mexico City for example. That one was to Mexican press at the Mexico City airport. He took a wide swipe at Bush that time, so for some odd reason it did not cross to our insular media.
