A few Waterford Whispers News stories have been taken up by "serious" news media.

They had one a few years ago about North Korea sending a manned rocket to the sun, the plan being to land by night. Just Google "North Korea mission to the sun".

Then Google WWN Lidl for more fun and games or WWN John Waters Uganda

The humour tends to be localised - for example the John Waters referred to is an Irish conservative commentator not the US film maker.
