10. I love the "I'm not paying for other's" line!

My wing-nut mother and her husband(not my father and don't consider him my stepfather either) are totally against having their money go to anyone or anything they don't agree with. It's the universal selfish gene all cons share. My mom didn't know how to respond to my question of how she liked her private insurance premiums paying for other's care. I had to explain the whole "risk pool" concept to her for her to get the idea. The very funny thing is now that they winter in Texas from Pennsylvania, they've twice gone to Mexico for "cheaper but just as good" health care procedures! Total frickin hypocrites!!!
