had a more and more regular view of this behavior. It's changed the perception of what a cop is-- and that drew more of that sort to the profession. But it's all happened along with the militarization of the police, changing racial demographics that have made racists more aggressive, and increasingly obviously 2-tiered justice system, wealth disparities, etc.
