Or is it only 80% of the gun threads, or 20%?

I enjoyed hearing of "80-20 rule", it reminded me of many droning speeches by managers when I used to work.

But I don't see how you applied the Pareto principle to any of the gun discussions, shootings, or terrorist attacks. Something like "80% of something blah blah 20% of something else".

How would you connect "80-20" to the gun discussions?
