I blame Clinton in large part for this by making her campaign a slow burn easy nomination. She never made herself available to large stadium events, always quiet roundtables. Where's the enthusiasm? And don't say it doesn't exist because she has gotten the votes. Just no big events have happened. It's a very careful strategy which appears to be working.

But she's going to have trouble filling stadiums like Trump, at least at first, so they need to work on that ASAP. If she was smart she'd announce a rally in NY that has a 10k+ seat stadium. If she can't fill it, well, that's her own doing by going with this slow, quiet, roundtable based campaign.
