I listened to that speech. It is worse than described there. That speech alone should have the republican party boot him out.

He was disjointed in speaking, unable to stay on topic. I didn't even count how many times he said he was great. When he did hit on policy, he used debunked lies and false narrative. During all that he bragged about not using a teleprompter and the only way he could do the speech was because of his great memory.
