41. Rather than use hand sanitizer AFTER Sec. Clinton shakes hands with Trump

She should put a big glob of it on her hand just before she goes out as prophylactic against Trump slime.

That way Trump gets a big glob of some unknown (to him) substance on his hand when he shakes her hand. As germophobic as Trump is reputed to be he will react and react badly.
