I agree on most of your positions but I think Jeb Bush is now seen as more of a sane moderate choice. A Bush....the sane choice? Sadly he is compared to the rest. Yes he was meek and boring in the debates. But he could sharpen up in time for 2020.

And on the other side, Ted Cruz. He gained a modicum of respect when he seemingly stood up for his wifes honor and refused to endorse Trump at the RNC. But then tumbled back down the sewer by re-endorsing the man that debased and publically insulted his wife. And now he is also tied to the whims of how well his choice for President does.
