Those districts in question had voting by electronic tabulators. AFAIK there is NO AUDIT TRAIL.

Neither Wisconsin nor Pennsylvania came within 0.5 percent, so those are pretty much moot.

That's for an automatic or free recount. The candidate can always request a recount.
