(5,954 posts)against them, so I don't know why we'd be surprised they won't accept the results of a Supreme Court ruling against them.
And most of the batshit-crazy, extremist jumping up and down over Obamacare (or his Presidency in general) that they were doing was dependent upon their belief (as fed to them by the Fox/Limbaugh/Beck/Alex Jones/Dick Armey riot inciters) that it was "unconstitutional."
Well, whether you call it a mandate or a tax, the Supreme Court just said it IS Constitutional.
Now they're left with one of two choices. Either just go back to the now relatively BLAND argument about Obama as a tax raiser, rather than a CONSTITUTION DESTROYER....or start blathering about Dred Scott, and start marginalizing the Supreme Court in their rhetoric. This, in turn, would be a terrible shock to the three complete Republican hacks on the court, Scalia, Thomas and Alito. Maybe they won't be so quick to toe the Republican line now that they know there are several million Republican Taliban out there screaming for their blood.
