13. How do the good people of Kentucky feel about their ACA taken away?

Kentucky was a surprise model state for the ACA; unlike other states and the Federal rollout, Kentucky was successful, as I remember, from the beginning. They also opted for Medicaid expansion. As a native son, what do you think?
