I am in no way supporting the Republicans in this legislation and most certainly do not want to help GOP kill people. I am only describing how to react to it in a different fashion. One that shows how we can react to it in a legislative fashion. This is not to say that we help the GOP kill people. It says how can we make it more unpalatable to Republicans who have no clue about the consequences of their actions.

Take this law to it's end result. Put in laws to deal with it and most people will be repulsed by the need.
