19. Congressional GOP will not act regardless what Mueller uncovers.

They fear 45's base and they will do nothing to upset or disturb that base. 45 could confess to treason and other high crimes yet Ryan and McConnell will look the other way.

The only ways 45 leaves office are: (1) being jailed; (2) resigning; (3) losing re-election in 2020; or (4) suffering a catastrophic personal health event.
