I called their public information number and left a scathing message. They actually called me back the next day and asked me to give them a little time to investigate and told me that they were advertising for witnesses to this crime. I'm overjoyed that they have done something about this horrible injustice.

Maybe my call made a difference. Maybe, and probably, not. But, like I (and Ghandi) always say, "Whatever you do might seem insignificant, but it is very important that you do it."
