There was no cause of action stated in this ignorant lawsuit. Donors are not consumers and this piece of dreck was based on this ignorant premuse

The moron who filed this lawsuit also filed a motion in this case demanding that the judge order US marschals defend him. The judge basically laughed at this motion and dismissed it

I have read the pleadings snd briefs in this case. It was a joke
