While Houston drowns he tweets about renegotiating NAFTA, calls Mexico "one of the highest crime Nations in the world" while calling for building The Wall again, and actually thanks the people of Houston for the 'historic rains' and floods (Guess he couldn't get such good ratings whiling pardoning a criminal sheriff!). This is just Monday! Tomorrow he says he's going to go to Texas! Can't wait! Oh yeah, he also thinks Finland is part of North America and signed the NAFTA treaty.
