You're sitting in your car, stopped at the stop sign look to the right. If there is someone in the car there, you yield to them.
Only if you got there and stopped at the same time, of course, which is the question at hand. The only confusion should be in the unlikely even all arrived and stopped at the exact same time. In which case, the yield goes around and around, as noted in the song I posted above.
