FEMA has distributed satellite phones to mayors of each Puerto Rican municipality, & mobile cellular telephone capability is being deployed
Tanker trucks in Puerto Rico are providing drinking water to each of the 78 municipalities, daily, according to the U.S. Defense Dept.
In Puerto Rico: 10.7% of customers have electricity 47% (+9%) of customers have drinking water (boiling orders remain in effect)
There's telecommunication & radio conductivity at all Puerto Rican hospitals, municipal police depts. 50 of 69 hospitals have landline service
