It's irrelevant that other women state that the didn't harass THEM. Moore had a similar testament, too. When you are tried for a crime in court, it's not a defense that you had never robbed a jewelry store BEFORE, therefore, you didn't rob this one!
It matters as a testament to character, pattern of behavior...but doesn't really show innocence as to the particular allegations.
Having said that...I have no doubt that Franken is not guilty of harassment or groping or molestation. I've not seen or read anything that tells me otherwise. (Grabbing a waist when you come in close for a fan's selfie is NOT groping or molestation.)
