(26,413 posts)22. Because there are alot of people who dont support it and challenging it now
during an election year is almost tantamount to political suicide because the gop will use it like they have in the past to rally their base to get them out to vote.
It sucks and the people in NC and in other states who voted in favor of such a bigoted pos suck but that doesnt nullify the the political reality of the situation.
