5. Cities take longer to get their returns in vs. rural/suburbs

Milwaukee is only at 6% returns and Barrett won that county with 62% of the vote. Not only does it take longer to vote but GOP controlled states tend to put less voting machines/voters in the cities - hoping that long lines will frustrate people and they go home. And if there are people in lines they all get to vote even if the polls are closed.

PLUS

The GOP will have their goons there questioning anyone who looks foreign to them - they will do everything to shave off voters.
