In reply to the discussion: Trump Goes After Machado Again [View all]karynnj
(59,508 posts)34. This shows he still does not get it
There are likely more than "five minutes" captured on tape of him speaking of or to her. That video, where he is forcing her to exercise shows a beautiful, smiling woman -- who is not fat -- listening to what he tells her to do.
Not to mention, it looks like it was Trump's actions of calling her fat and bringing in the media to see her exercise that caused any bad PR there was. There is no way that looking exactly as she did, she could have not credibly finish her year as Miss Universe - doing whatever promotion was asked. Not to mention, he never paid her for the work she did. His creepy obsession with his own idealized idea of what a woman should look like may well have been the only problem.

Donald, "what does she have to lose"? You have more to lose by trashing her than she does.

That is actually seriously scary. Every perceived "slight" would send him into a tizzy.

He just can't let things go - now, people are all talking about this rather than his great "plans"

He might not be president, but he could always end up as a KFC spokesperson.
