He was supposed to eradicate ISIS within 30 days. That didn't happen.

He was supposed to direct his great generals (same generals as under Obama) to come up with a plan. They didn't.

And now we find out his great plan was to annihilate ISIS. SMH. It's a wonder Obama didn't think of that.
