Why isn't he on the Court right now?
Because incrementalist and centrists who abandoned OUR PRESIDENT (the one who overcame the obstacles) got their rears handed to them in the 2014 Senate elections.
Heck, if it wasn't for them, it wouldn't have even been Gorsuch who got nominated, it would have been Goodwin Liu and we wouldn't be lamenting the patently foreseeable results in these redistricting cases, we would have been celebrating the end of mandatory minimums, the end of racist immigration laws, the end of capital punishment, and MORE.
THEY cost us this seat.
