To the greatest extent practicable and permitted by law, Department components and United States Attorneys Offices must reasonably accommodate religious observance and practice in all activities, including litigation,
The truth is, the government already does. In many ways they bend over backwards to allow religious liberty. The problem here isn't that they want religious liberty, they want religious PRIVILEGE. And of course this will predominately play out as CHRISTIAN religious privilege.
