Which means we'll attack Iran since we have an agreement with Israel. Which means the region will erupt into WW III.

Removing Assad will do nothing to stop the religious sectarian civil war that's been raging in Syria for the past 18 months. This is not an Arab Spring type of revolutionary movement where toppling the leader will create a glorious regime change. It would completely destabilize the entire region and quite literally spark a genocide of massive proportions.
