White House chief of staff John Kelly is denying a report from NBC News that he has called President Trump an “idiot” and said that he does not know about the policy issues on his agenda.

“I spend more time with the President than anyone else and we have an incredibly candid and strong relationship," Kelly said in a statement issued by the White House.

"He always knows where I stand and he and I both know this story is total BS," he said.

"BS" - I don't think that means what he thinks it means.
