...designed not to go off. That information got my brain spinning: could it be possible that the scumbag GOP (perhaps with Putin's assistance) might design and implement these assassination attempts in order to pin them on some unknowing Democrat days before the election? I would put NOTHING past them. They are the Borgias of contemporary times.
