He admits he shutdown the government to build a wall, but just changed his mind?

Why would anyone spend billions on what is obviously a poorly thought out plan?

Next thing you know maybe someone might nitice that most unauthorized immigration is by people people over staying visas. Maybe we should build the wall around airports.

You know, airports have radar. Radar is really important. Maybe we should be building a radar
