And even if Congress approves a deal it keeps getting pointed out in the media that any revenue from it can not be used for his wall because the money belongs to the taxpayers.

"President Donald Trump says Mexico will pay for his proposed border wall through the revenue bump Trump hopes will come from a new trade deal pending in Congress"
