The MFer has corrected that imbalance, the increase in money flow to us is rightfully OUR MONEY -- not Mexico's money. He proposes to pay for the wall with OUR adjusted tariff money. That breaks his promise that "Mexico pays for the Wall".

So, who pays for The MFer's Wall? Answer: The US taxpayers.
