10. It's not embarrassing. It's harmful

And they approve. Withholding pay from employees who work in good faith, and they approve. Diverting disaster relief from Americans who lost everything, and they approve. Intentionally causing Americans to lose their homes, savings, health, and lives, and they approve.

And, if you demand the culprits be held to account for the fruits of this cruel endeavor, it is sadly obvious that you demand one which they will not approve. In the best case it would require them to admit their own complicity, a step many are unwilling to take. In the worst case, it is because they truly approve of hurting their own country and fellow Americans.
