I've said the same thing numerous times. It is definitely a psychological disorder and unfortunately it is destructive to more than just the one who is afflicted. If the person is allowed to attain positions of great power, a nation or the entire planet can be in jeopardy.
Should have been addressed and treated when they were young, but once they become rich adults, they won't listen to anyone and we have to use the legal system to counteract their dangerous behavior.
