15. They're Trying To Invalidate The Law

By raising "constitutional issues", meaning the inherit powers of the President that places him above the law. This would be right out of the Barr playbook. But it is the job of the courts to make those determinations, not Barr. But tax returns belong to the individual, not the title of the individual so that is a strange defense.
