if there is anything we can do? Other than protesting outside a facility, I wonder if there is anyway we could get help to these kids. I have to say that NPR does a segment on these kids every day. I hear it on Morning Edition and on All Things Considered. One day they played the audio from one of these centers holding these kids and you could hear the babies crying and the toddlers crying, "Papa, papa!" I started crying. That sound haunts me. Can you imagine a baby crying and no one comes?
Today, I wrote to my congresswoman and both senators and told them all I hear is their thundering silence. I cannot believe nothing can be done. Don't they have to let the Red Cross go in and inspect?
