I think it’s actually gotten a bit better recently although there is still room for improvement

PA had 636 new cases today. Ohio had over 1000.

PA requires masks in all public places. Ohio’s policy is “strongly recommend” masks.

If you don’t mandate masks, people won’t wear them

Not enough mask wearing spreads the virus.
