I think its actually gotten a bit better recently although there is still room for improvement
PA had 636 new cases today. Ohio had over 1000.
PA requires masks in all public places. Ohios policy is strongly recommend masks.
If you dont mandate masks, people wont wear them
Not enough mask wearing spreads the virus.

I have asthma. The only mask that causes issues for me are the thick cloth ones..
