This is a guy who went to Stanford undergrad and Yale Law school yet he doesn't understand that Simon & Schuster is a "private" company and their decisions regarding a business relationship with him has nothing to do with "an assault on the First Amendment".

But then white males like himself, believe they are a "protected class" when it comes to all sorts of things.
